BAT TECH - OBD2 Mercedes BENZ Automotive Pin Out Box connector 38 PIN
This OBD1 connector plug is for the 12-volt systems only
FUNCTION & SUGGESTED USES:
Supports Mercedes BENZ 38 PIN OBD1 Adapter
1. connect the Pin-Out box to the vehicle OBD1 socket
2. test the vehicles ECU / DME (computer and modules)
3. take voltage and other multi-meter readings from the Pin-Out box terminals, if required
Note: it is never recommended to take voltmeter or other readings from the front of the vehicle OBD socket as that could cause arc damage or other harm / contamination to the OBD socket pins. Either test from the back of the OBD socket or use a Pin-Out box
4. minimizes the requirement for a technician, auto-electrician, mechanic, engineer, to cut / splice / join cables, to connect for alternative wiring
5. use the Pin-Out box with an automotive Oscilloscope kit (see our other listings)
